Overview
Sportmate is a mobile app that helps athletes discover partners for their favorite sports and book courts, gyms, and fields nearby. The experience covers onboarding, authentication, partner search with geolocation filters, venue booking by sport category, and profile management — all delivered through a polished French-first interface with a consistent blue brand system.
The Challenge
The product needed to combine two distinct journeys — finding people to play with and reserving facilities — without overwhelming users on a small screen. Search, filters, and booking had to feel fast while supporting geolocation and multiple sport types.
The Solution
We structured the app around clear bottom-nav destinations, used bottom sheets for filters and forms, and surfaced active filter chips so context stays visible. Category grids and horizontal user cards keep discovery scannable, while map-backed location inputs and distance badges help users find relevant partners and venues nearby.
